RETURNS FOR ITEMS SOLD THROUGH DRESS HUNT BY THIRD-PARTY SELLERS
When you return an item purchased on dresshunt.com from a Third-Party Seller via Dress Hunt, your return is sent back to the Third-Party Seller instead of to Dress Hunt. Third-Party Sellers on Dress Hunt may accept returns of unworn, unwashed, damaged or incorrect items in new condition within 15 days of the original delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned with tags attached. You can find the Third-Party seller's product & returns policy on the listing.
For Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact customer support within 15 days of delivery for assistance. Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 15 days of original delivery date. You are responsible for the item until it arrives back to the Seller.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, login to your account and view purchase history. There will be an option to initiate a return by selecting Return items. You will be prompted to select the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and provide any additional notes. Refunds are processed upon receipt of product and inspection of the product with the Third-Party Seller. If your item does not meet any of the requirements set forth in this policy, your refund may be refused. It can take up to three weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Unfortunately, we cannot process any exchanges.
